Core Exercise Series Episode 1

We have just added the first of 3 videos to our Mountain Bike Specific Core Exercise Series!  Learn what to do and how to do it from Pro Mountain Biker and Physical Therapist, Liz Sampey.  Stay tuned for more videos in this series.

In this series, we recommend the doing the exercises for the following:

For the static exercises, hold 5-10 seconds and do 5-10 times. For the dynamic exercises, we recommend 5-10 reps on each side. Have fun and we’ll see you out there on the trails!
